Mario Sanna holds a degree in agricultural sciences from the University of Perugia and is qualified for the profession of agronomist. In 1990, Mr. Sanna founded ATM Consulting, a consultancy which provides advisory services for firms in administration, management and business planning in the agricultural and agri-food sector. Over the years, Mr. Sanna has specialised in transferring innovations to farms in the regions of Umbria and Sardinia through projects on the valorization of truffles, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, cultivation and stabilisation of moss, valorization of freshwater fish, transfer of innovations in animal husbandry (bison, Sardinian lamb), production of renewable energy from biomass and the control of photovoltaic greenhouse systems. The projects undertaken range from local Rural Development Programs to national and international projects such as ENI CBC MED, Interreg, and Erasmus+. Since 1994. Mr. Sanna has been included on the list of technical-administrative testers of public works for the Region of Umbria. He has also been enrolled in the register of State Experts of the Umbria Region, and since November 2005 he has been on the list of arbitrators at the Chamber of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Perugia.
